1. Acceptance of Terms

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ph767 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ph767 does not knowingly provide services to individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 Capacity. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that you are not accessing ph767 for purposes of monitoring, researching, or competing with ph767's business.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from ph767 or from gambling services generally via PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry are not eligible to register or use ph767 services during the applicable exclusion period.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each natural person may maintain only one (1) ph767 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. ph767 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances where duplicate account use is detected.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph767 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. ph767 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (including but not limited to UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, or PhilSys National ID). ph767 may additionally request proof of address and payment method verification.

3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph767 account credentials. You must notify ph767 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. ph767 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.5 Account Transfer. ph767 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 ph767 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. ph767 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100). Deposits are credited to your ph767 account balance upon confirmation of payment. ph767 does not charge deposit transaction fees on GCash or PayMaya transactions; fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

4.3 All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name and matching your verified ph767 account identity. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4.4 ph767 operates a segregated accounts policy — player funds are held separately from ph767 operational funds in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed ph767's KYC identity verification process. ph767 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification.

5.2 ph767 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances beyond ph767's control including payment network issues.

5.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

5.4 ph767 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 ph767 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional credits to players at its discretion. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings.

6.2 Wagering requirements specify the amount a player must wager (not deposit) before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

ph767 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts engaged in prohibited conduct, void affected transactions, and retain affected balances where legally permitted.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

10.3 ph767's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph767 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ph767's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy

11.1 ph767's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using ph767, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 ph767 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 ph767 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph767 determines in its reasonable judgment that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

12.2 You may request closure of your ph767 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules. Verified account balances (net of any bonus amounts subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completed KYC verification.

12.3 Accounts inactive for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph767 will make reasonable attempts to contact you prior to applying any dormancy policy. Applicable dormancy fees or balance handling procedures will be communicated in the dormancy notice.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.3 Disputes relating to ph767's licensing or regulatory compliance may also be raised with PAGCOR, which has oversight jurisdiction over ph767's Philippine gaming operations.
